As a chef and boat owner for over 40 years, we  have the experience that allows us to take your cruising to an unexpected level. We do the planning that is essential to ensure a rewarding and fun filled experience!

Allow us to design a special menu for your group: the process starts with a few simple questions about your personal tastes in food as well as your vessel's galley and storage. With this information we can prepare a menu with several options for your consideration, we then finalize your choices and submit them for your approval with pricing. 

We deliver your meals dockside in health department approved, temperature-controlled containers (you may borrow ours or transfer to the ship's storage or your own coolers)

Boaters’ 2 days 1 night Menu

Day 1

 Dock side breakfast

provisioners’ breakfast bun: puff pastry, egg, spinach, applewood smoked ham, mozzarella

seasonal fruit and berries

lunch

 spice rubbed turkey, onion jam, swiss chard, roasted peppers, muenster, flatbread

and

meatball banh mi: provisioners’ meat balls, chili aioli, napa cabbage, spicy diakon, carrots, cilantro, jalapeño, baguette

happy hour

guacamole-black bean dip with corn chips

kale caesar: black kale, garlic croutons, shaved parmesan, caesar dressing

red wine braised short ribs, polenta, roasted brussel sproutts

Day 2

steel cut oatmeal, dried organic fruit, nuts and seeds, maple syrup

lunch

seafood chowder
